On top of my responsibilities as a project coordinator, I also assisted, trained, and consulted junior project coordinators with their projects.  Performs quality control check. Coordinates and executes all communication with suppliers, and venue POC, before, during, and after the event day. Communicates effectively with clients with regard to lead generation activities and event logistics.

February 2022 - February 2023

Handles projects with various scopes through agile methodology. Conducts lead generation through executive events for our clients (such as Microsoft, Paypal, AWS, Meta, & Ekata). Achieved 98% quality rating on events with 100% guest attendance. Conducts email and LinkedIn campaigns with an average click-through-rate of 5%. Reached the number of target attendance for 10 out of 13 events in 2022. Strengthened a struggling relationship with a high-valued client through excellent leads generated and a great event outcome.

April 2020 - December 2021

Manages 4 social media accounts for the department. Successfully conducted a product survey and gathered 500 responses. Analyzed survey data and created a recommendation report, resulting in more variety of soda products and became some of the best-selling products in our store.
